Niki Khatami is legal counsel in the investments legal team at Sun Life Financial.Prior to working at Sun Life, she was an associate at a leading Bay Street firm, practicing in the banking and financial services sector. Niki is a member of the Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals, Young Women in Law, and InvestHer. She also participates in the Mentorship and Peer Programs at U of T Law.

Niki was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. She received her law degree from the University of Toronto in 2011. She obtained her B.Sc., Honours in Mathematics and Economics in 2008, graduating with high distinction.
