Niloofar (Niloo) Rezaei-Boroun until recently served in the Office of the Premier as a Senior Advisor to the Hon. Kathleen Wynne with a focus on economic development, innovation, international trade, and immigration. She worked on the settlement of recent Syrian refugees in Ontario. Niloo also served as a Senior Policy Advisor to Ontario’s Minister of Research and Innovation, Dr. Reza Moridi.

Prior to joining Premier’s office, Niloo was the Manager of Investment Services & Global Markets at Invest Toronto.

One of Niloo’s greatest passions is politics and political engagement. She has participated in various local and provincial campaigns including participating in the 2012 Canadian Mission to Ukraine to observe their Parliamentary elections.

Niloo obtained her Bachelor of Administrative Studies, with specialized honors in Management from York University. She has served her community on various boards, such as Lumacare and the Iranian Women’s Organization of Ontario (IWOO).
